Implementation, support, system upgrade
The on-site implementation of the automation systems goes through several stages:
- single tests of all loops, signals and statuses from the source through the control hardware to the operator interface
- functional tests of the automation system divided by technological units. Tuning of Control Instrumentation and Drives is done at this stage
- complex 72-hours test in working technological conditions
During the implementation and start-up extensive training of the customer’s maintenance and operating personnel is done. The necessary manuals are produced after the assembly and mounting stage. AS DONE design documentation is prepared and delivered to the customer.
After the implementation we support the customer 24/7 by remote diagnostics, fast on-site visits in emergency situations, hot telephone line.
Our systems are designed for easy future extension and upgrade. We offer to our customers possible retrofits, upgrade of system hardware and software, functional changes in the application, extension with new functionalities and/or hardware.
