Implementation & Lifecycle Support
The on-site implementation of an automation system is carried out in several stages.
Engineering scope
- individual testing of loops, signals and equipment statuses from the field source through the control hardware to the operator interface
- functional testing by technological unit
- tuning of control instrumentation and drives
- integrated testing under actual operating conditions
- correction of software, configuration and documentation where necessary
KIBERNETIKA trains operating and maintenance personnel and delivers manuals and as-built documentation. According to agreed service conditions, lifecycle support can include remote diagnostics, telephone assistance, emergency site visits, upgrades, retrofits, modifications and system extensions.
